Preparation
- 11. Combine butter, essence, sugar, milk, sifted flour and cornflour in mixer bowl.
- 22. Beat in mixer until combined then beat on medium speed for a further 3 mins or until smooth and changed in colour.
- 33. Spread onto greased tray and bake in moderate oven for 45 mins.
- 44. Stand for 5 mins then flip out onto rack.
