Preparation
- 11. Whisk egg whites till soft peak stage.
- 22. Add 1kg-icing sugar gradually, whisk until stiff and glossy.
- 33. Fold in rest of ingredients gently by hand.
- 44. Pipe into rosettes and bake at 170 C until golden brown.
