Preparation
- 1Blend all ingredients.
- 2Pour mixture into greased trays.
- 3Bake in mod oven at 190 for 1 hour.
- 4Or until centre is firm.
- 5The flour settles to the bottom to form a crust.
- 6The coconut rises to topping and centre is an egg custard filling.
