Preparation
- 1Melt butter in saucepan large enough for all ingredients.
- 2Mix in cocoa.
- 3Stir in sugar.
- 4Beat in eggs.
- 5Add flour and mix well.
- 6Pour into greased tray and bake for 20-25mins at 180 ºC.
- 7Top with choc icing or ganache.
